Street Sense

Street Sense came from second last in a 20 horse field to win the 133rd Kentucky Derby by 2 1/2 lengths from Hard Spun.

Street Sense became the first Breeders'' Cup Juvenile to win the Run for the Roses.

He is trained by Carl Nafzger and was ridden by Calvin Borel.

He was also the first 2 year old champion to win the Derby since Spectacular Bid in 1979.

He will next run in the Preakness Stakes at Pimlico on 19th May
